Rooted in the ancient lineage of Classical Hatha Yoga, each practice operates directly on your energy architecture.

Systemic Impact

Benefits of the Practice

A classical practice works deeply on the human system, bringing stability to the body, calmness to the mind, and balance to the energy.

Practice Preparation

Guidelines for Authentic Transmission

Classical Hatha Yoga requires specific internal readiness so that prana can move without friction.

01

The Empty Stomach Condition

For energy to move upward, digestion must be completely settled before practice begins:

  • • Full Meal: 4 hours of gap before sadhana.
  • • Light Snack / Fruits: 2.5 hours of gap.
  • • Beverages (tea/coffee): 1.5 hours of gap.
  • • Pure Water: Allowed up to 30 mins before.
02

100% Session Attendance

Classical practices are transmitted in a sequential, step-by-step geometric progression.

  • • Sadhana cannot be learned through missed sessions.
  • • Punctuality ensures complete joint warm-up.
  • • Dedicated shala sanctuary requires silence.
03

Attire & Bodily Preparedness

Wear loose, comfortable cotton or natural fabric clothing to facilitate unrestricted prana flow.

  • • Avoid tight synthetic or restrictive gym wear.
  • • Practice barefoot on a natural rubber or cotton mat.
  • • Inform teachers about active hernias or spinal surgeries.
